What counts as an asset in AssetOS?
Anything you own or pay for: a laptop, a car, a plot of land, a domain name, a software licence, a streaming subscription. Physical and digital items sit in the same list with the fields that suit each one.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a free trial, and the trial length is set by us and shown on the pricing page — you can cancel before it ends without being charged.
How safe are my passwords and licence keys?
They are stored in your account's vault, masked on screen until you choose to reveal them, and never written into activity logs — only the name of the field that changed is recorded. Access to login details is a separate permission from access to the asset itself.
Can other people see my assets?
Only the ones you share. You can share a whole space or individual assets, choose view or edit, and separately decide whether login details are included.
What does connecting my email actually do?
AssetOS looks for subscription, purchase and invoice messages and drafts a record for each one. Those drafts sit in the approval queue with a confidence score and a duplicate warning. Nothing becomes a real asset until you approve it.
Can I bring data from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Upload a CSV, match your columns to AssetOS fields, and review a preview that flags formatting problems and likely duplicates before anything is saved. Every import is kept in your import history.
Can someone take a screenshot of my credentials?
We log when a screenshot or screen capture is detectable — for example when a page recording API reports it — but no website can universally prevent screenshots on every device or browser. Treat a revealed secret as visible to whoever is in the room.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your records stay in your account while it exists, and you can export or delete them. Cancelling stops billing at the end of the paid period.
Do you support businesses and families in one account?
Yes. Spaces separate personal, business, family and any custom grouping you invent, each with its own assets and its own people.
Is AssetOS available in Bangla?
The interface can switch between English and Bangla from the language button in the header, and it remembers your choice.
